About Us

litfolio began as an "in-house" solution for legal teams taking their work product all over the world in 2007. The initial goal was to provide software that would allow review of paper documents and email to anybody with an Internet connection. The software was then developed to include case management features such as a calendar , a contact management system and a tasks section. Our goal was simple: go paperless so legal teams could manage their cases from anywhere in the world.

Our first public offering was a success with several class action legal teams collaborating and working with litfolio and we now have over 200 high profile class action suits working with litfolio. Today, our focus remains the same - we are dedicated to providing the most intuitive and cost effective solutions and it’s our goal to make the legal process as efficient as possible for every legal team.
